Taking some artistic license withreal estate advertising
Kay & Burton

The Brief:

Kay and Burton needed a spring campaign that would also tie into their 80th year in business as well as their partnership with the National Gallery of Victoria.

The Idea:

‘Making real estate an artform since 1938’. Our angle here was bypassing the usual real estate photography with a more artistic approach – finding those amazing angles and elements in people’s houses that are artwork unto themselves. It fit perfectly with Kay & Burton since their brand is known for having an eye for detail and expertise while their audience’s biggest interest (after real estate) was art. In our video we also placed elements inspired from famous pieces of artwork – Botticelli’s clam, Magritte’s apple, Van Gogh’s sunflowers.

What We Did:

Campaign Strategy
Creative
Design
Production – print/billboards
Photography
Video
Digital and Social Media

The Results:

This campaign has only just gone live so we’ll have to update you with figures after spring.
