Our mates across the strait needed to refresh their digital experience. We helped TasWater design and build their website from the ground up. Working with various stakeholders across their business, we developed a modern look and feel that brought their digital offering to a gold standard.
TasWater’s previous website had been built many years prior and needed an upgrade. The site was not providing TasWater the ability to serve their customers due to limited functionality and tools. The business wanted a gold standard website with all the bells and whistles that a modern utility site should offer.
As a complex business with various stakeholders, we worked closely with TasWater’s team to unify a design approach through strategic workshops, wireframing, concept and design. Prior to finalising the design, we ran our prototype through QA testing with internal and external users receiving overwhelmingly positive feedback. The TasWater website launched in 2021 and continues to offer Tasmanian’s with modern tools and services to manage their water usage.
